Wedding problem support requested please

Hi, I’m Genevieve LeDosquet, I live in Durazzo, and I am engaged to Ismail Al-saffa. Or, I thought I was. We tried to have the wedding today, we had all of the items in the Larva, and I had responded to his proposal both verbally and by clicking on the “accept” link.  When the Presbyter tried to officiate the wedding, it said something to the effect of a lack of a proposal sent between parties, so I had my fiancé send it again, but when I clicked accept, it said I’d already responded! Can someone please help me figure this out?

You both should try this procedure :
Click on My Account -->Account Options-->flag Available for religious services and care---> click Modify.
You should be able to wedding now :)
