Your honor,
The accused Flavio Baroncelli was seen in Athens holding a pickaxe .One the same time I personally checked he iron mines and I saw that it was empty.
I would like to point out that the accused was more than 24 hours in the area near the mines without removing the pickaxe

Your honor,
The accused , Flavio Baroncelli,  was been seen carring a pickaxe near the mines. That act violates law number 10 of Eastern Roman Empire's law system about Empire's resources.
Also the mine was found empty on the day the accused was checked. So we have serius indication that the accused stole iron from the Empire, violating law number 10.

As prosecutor, I see a severe crime here.
Also, that fact that the accused did not show up in Court shows disrespect once again to our law system, this Court and the Empire. I ask to give the accused the maximum punishment
