Fionn Mac Cumhaill, you are accused of carrying a Hatchet suitable for gathering Wood whilst in County Ulster.  This is a violation of Crimes Against Scotland: Article 2 - Resource Theft Prevention.  Do you confirm or deny such charge?

Yes, I arrived in Ulster wielding a hatchet. I came to Ulster to work my distillery and as making Mulberry brandies does not equip a tool (it uses a distiller in shop inventory) it was a while before I remembered to unequip it.

Thank you for your fast reply.  I have considered the evidence and accept your admission.

Though I do hope you acknowledge the severity of your crime, your cooperation in this matter is duly noted and I am inclined to accept your admission.

The Captain will finish escorting your person to the Jail in Lothian.  I'm informed this should take very little time and is quite unavoidable, and then you are to be released.  Upon being released you are to deposit 102 silver coins inside the Court structure at your earliest convenience.  This penalty is neither too lenient nor too harsh, but only just I think to compensate the Captain for his time and to firmly instill in you a mindfulness toward the rule of Law while you go about your work in Scotland.

102 silver coins deposited at the Court structure at your earliest convenience.  Do you understand?
