So that means we'd only have to recycle around 300 longswords to equal only the amount of iron invested in both projects.
Let alone the vast amount of resources needed to provide for the lessons to study the skill to begin with or the amount of coal - for which we still don't have a source - required for the process of recupating iron.
In addition it takes 30 days to learn the skill to an efficiency of 10% and, if unused, only another 3 months of idleness to completely forget it all again.

Sounds pretty reasonable to me...

Oh, and 'parry' is even better - a daily decrease rate of 0.3 means that if you don't fight for 30 days all your effords in training the skill were a complete waste of time and effort!
Well, you don't need to be a rocket scientist to see where this leads to and what reknown parties will gain the most of that.
Maybe players should consider creating themselves a multitude of chars again - one to do the dirty labour, one to support a fighter and one to cause the most havoc thinkable in this world!
Wait... aren't there already entire kingdoms and alliances comprised of players like that?
 ???

No, seriously - this is probably THE most useless update for the game EVER!!!
Except maybe if you're a part of one of the mentioned parties and really are up for no good... or desperately seeking some 'action'.

This thing is gonna haunt us in no time, brothers and sisters!
