On the capital's reform
« on: 06 May, 2018, 01:37:33 PM »
May  6 1318

With hard work and cooperation with the "suppliers" and I have been able to task the drill master Ubaldo Da Pavia Ubaldo start the Training ground, Funded by the royal crown, off course with the donors help and an additional donor, who wish to be anonymous.

He/She donated over 900 doubloons and over 5300 silver coins thru sending recently, thus thank you very much.
Helen Ross donated 300 wood and 100 iron.

06-May-1318, 09:43:20   Ubaldo Da Pavia Ubaldo started work on the construction of Training Grounds (Level2) in: ILE-DE-FRANCE.

Now with this project, will be a milestone for France, as one of the few nations initiated an upgrade on either the academy or the training ground and will be useful for the all people who can visit France.

Off-course, as advise by my drill master, the cost of training per hour will no longer be less than a silver coin, instead it will increase a bit, to match the academy rate, to be able to pay the wage of those who wish to work or volunteer in this project.

The training ground is now over 50% renovated.

With another note:
Helen Ross donated 400 stones for the future academy renovation.

May 24
Lord Pierre Du Vallon of the French Court donated money for the development of France.

24-May-1318, 08:10:54   Pierre Du Vallon donated 10000 Silver coins.

Also an additional 24 stone were donated by Lady Helen Ross.

May 28
28-May-1318, 09:49:30   You donated 1300 Silver coins to: Academy in: ILE-DE-FRANCE.

Donated money for the academy director to use, order the academy director to set wage to 2 silver coins per hour from 1 silver coin per hour?

Usually I only should have funded the construction materials for the renovation of the arcade,y and training ground, but decided to increase the wage, so that more people might be interested on working at the renovation.

Also had been giving doubloons as bonus for workers, I based the bonus on the worker given work.
About 245 doubloons had been given, for the training ground bonus, it will take time for me to give the doubloons, as I myself have low good doubloons and also hoping to those who receive, use them wisely.

A day to start the academy renovation, yet when I had seen the wage, it was set to 0 silver coins, so until then, I had send a missive to Academy Director  Jerome Blake, hope can answer my question....

To those who had already work and seek compensation,  the wage is supposedly to be set at 2 silver coin per hour, so ask the Academy Director for the wage.

01-Jun-1318, 05:00:23   Jerome Blake started work on the construction of Academy (Level2) in: ILE-DE-FRANCE.
