Ashkelon
« on: 26 September, 2017, 11:58:25 PM »
Oliviero looked at the sea and then turned.
The Queen of Jerusalem and the vassal conferred upon him the title of Lord of Ascalon.

It would occupy one of the oldest cities in the Kingdom.

One stronghold on the Mediterranean.

He put his hands in his pocket and began to walk.

He was ready to serve and honor his holy earth, his kingdom.

A flourishing trade, cultivation, breeding, the prosperity of the arts and crafts, an objective that Oliviero would pursue.

The gate was opened.

The days spent slowly.
The farms of the Lord of Ascalon and his fields were lush.
The Jerusalem's autumn gave relief to the soul and body.

The days had become full.
The flourishing business in the Kingdom.

Oliviero stood on the guard tower to control the movements of people.
Now that he was also a guardian of the Jerusalem Tower, he felt he had to give more.

There was a need to create guard shifts and at the same time to better organize control.

There was a need to grow the Kingdom and in this the queen and her husband were doing their job in an excellent way.

Olivier remained looking to imagine the Kingdom of Jerusalem in the future.
The theological church would soon have created its spiritual outpost and finally, Holy Jerusalem, it would be perfected even more.
