Thank you for sharing this, it's great help when dealing with the really complicated bureaucracy.
However, since this chart is a little outdated for the 14th century, I looked up some things and came up with the following as a first draft:

Seneschal - Protovestiarios
Constable - Megas domestikos
Chamberlain - Protostrator / Parakoimomenos / (Megas) Papias
Chancellor - Megas logothetes / Mesazon
Treassurer - Megas logariastes
Ambassador - Tzaousios (but could be left ambassador to make it easier to spot for foreigners)

Prince - Despot
Duke - Doux
Marquis - Kaisar / Archon/ Strategos
Count - Sebastokrator / Komes/ Katepano
Viscount - Kephale
Baron - Pronoiarios
Lord - Protospatharios
Knight - Kataphraktos

Prefect - Eparchos
Customs officer - Asekretis / Grammatikos / Logothetes
Bailif - logothetes tou praitoriou
Lieutenant - Droungarios / Domestikos

Byzantium: glory, commitment, burden

"It was the eternal scene of mankind - the minions of violence, the victim and forever the third, the spectator, who does not raise his hands, does not defend the victim, does not try to free him, because he fears for his own savety and whose own savety is therefore threatened forever." Remarque
