Sacred Law of the Church of the Advent

Fundamental Principles.

I. The Church of the Advent is One, Holy and Indivisible. It is founded by the grace of Almighty Deus and the intercession of St.Albrecht Hohenzollern.

II. The Church of the Advent is the only holder and custodian of Truth and Authentic Doctrine, revealed directly from the Almighty. Its mission is to help and assist all people in search of the right way and in the divine redemption.

III. The Church of the Advent, takes the name from the prophecy revealed by the Holy Deus at St. Albrecht of Prussia on the 11th of February 1315 that from that day became the first Prince of the Church.

IV. The Prince of the Church is enlightened, guided and inspired by Deus, and therefore he has the charisma of infallibility in matters of faith when he speaks as rector of the Church. Each and every Dogma and Doctrine proclaimed by the Prince have as a direct source Deus and are valid erga omnes.

V. The Church of the Advent establishing and uses only the following sacraments: baptism, ordination, marriage and funeral.

VI. The Church of the Advent is a divine institution and therefore is not subject to pressures of various kinds of choices on its internal government, made by any organ or secular authority, or any man on earth who is not His Holiness Prince of the Church, that is, the King of Prussia, Vicar of Deus.

Order of the Church.

VII. The Church of the Advent has a pyramidal structure, whose top is placed the King of Prussia, from whom all forms of dignity or of the law of the Church, since he is the Vicar of Deus on Earth. He has the power to enact the bubble at any time, of its own motion, or the decrees of the apostolic brief to establish and legislate on all matters of the Church, also modifying previous canonical laws without bond. Under his throne there are the high priests, then the Priors and basilei.

VIII. The Prince of the Church are set in Königsberg, where is his episcopal throne. Therefore Königsberg is holy city and the center of the Adventist faith.

IX. All members of the Church, regardless of order or degree, must complete loyalty and obedience to the Holy Scriptures, and are expected to show respect to the laws of the States in which they are called upon to perform their functions, insofar as this does not violate the Canon Law or the will of the Prince, and live a good life and exemplary according to the teachings and doctrine of the Church.

X. All clergy are required, by virtue of obedience due to Deus and St. Albrecht, to adhere to the directives and orders of the Prince of the Church and their respective superiors. The Priors are responsible for basilei of acting under their supervision, as well as the high priests supervise the work of its Priors. In case of default of one or more parts, the Inquisition Court will intervene, according to the needs of the case.

XI. The high priests are the eyes and arms of the Prince of the Church. They enjoy all the rights of their office, and they can celebrate all the sacraments: baptism, marriage, ordination and funeral.
They have double voting in the Council of the Church.

XII. The Priors are responsible of Priories. The Priors can celebrate all the sacraments: baptism, marriage, ordination and funeral, exclusively within the borders of their priory. They are appointed by the High Priest necessarily have the consent of the King of Prussia.
To them it will be the title of "Your Excellency".

XIII. The basilei are responsible of the Sacred Altars and are called by the title of "Father". The basilei can celebrate all the sacraments except Priestly Ordination, and therefore one baptism, marriage and funeral and exclusively in their own region. They are appointed by the Prior after approval of the King of Prussia.


The Sacred Council.

XIV. All clerics (of any grade) form the Sacred Council which is responsible for assisting the Prince either acting collegially, when they are summoned together in Consistory; both as individuals, that is, in the offices which they hold in assisting their work in the daily care of the Church. The Sacred Council is chaired by the High Priest or, in his absence, by the Prior of Chelmno.

XV. To be promoted high priests are chosen freely by the Prince, men who have at least the office of Prior, are truly outstanding in doctrine, virtue, piety and prudence in practical matters.

Congregations.

XVI. They have established the following congregations:
- Congregation of the Holy Inquisition
- Congregation of Charities

XVII. The Congregation of the Holy Inquisition is governed by the Judge of Königsberg appointed and dismissed directly by the Prince and receiving the title of Inquisitor. He has the duty to supervise, monitor and preserve the Holy Church of the Advent from any Heresies, blasphemies and heterodoxies. The Inquisitor, with the approval of the Prince, can process and judge the clergy for their shortcomings or omissions.

XVIII. The Congregation of Charities is governed by the High Priest appointed and dismissed directly by the King of Prussia, who assumed the title of Almoner. He is responsible for establishing and overseeing the economy of the Church, making sure that each Priory adopt its economy. They are part of the Congregation all chaplains appointed by each Priory.

Obligations.

XIX. All clergy, regardless of order or degree, are required to take a vow of obedience, fidelity and loyalty to the Prince of the Church.

XX. No ecclesiastical and for no reason will participate in wars of conquest, or take up arms against another brother of the same faith.

XXI. Every man, before aspire to any office of religious, must have as a requirement the Holy Sacrament of Baptism. Without this  can not enter in the ranks of clergy.

XXII. All clerics also have an obligation to respect and cooperate in good faith with their superiors, and will be required to submit regular reports of the work of his office.
