This Court meets to follow up the trail procedings.

After an accurate reflection over all the evidences showed during this trail, after taking act of the voluntary absence of the defendant from this trail and basing on the Kingdom law:"Kingdom's update law of 28 of October 1316 - first articles, Citizenship" https://medieval-europe.eu/index.php/region/info_laws/132
The Castilian and Leon citizen, Matteo Lubiani is declared guilty of taking the citizenship of this kingdom without any permission by the regent, as required.

Anyway the verdict for this crime  is not applicable as the the defendant in the meantime has usurped the Castilian throne, as planned by the unfair kingdoms of Cyrene and Aquitaine who moved war against our already bettered lands.

The trail will be close within this session and the crime procedure cancelled.

May Theo bring His mercy over this Kingdom one day and give us back our peace and freedom.

Your Honor,

That Matteo Lubiani broke the law is a fact and it should be punished.

To obtain castillian citizenship without permission in this precise moment, when the Kingdom of Castilla and León is attacked by the cyrene-aquitaine-aragon coalition in order to conquer the capital has a clear goal, therefore I ask for maximun penalty allowed by the Law.

Judge of Burgos[/messagequote]

Reporting that and adding to the Prosecutor's evidence, this Court is giving the opportunity to the Prosecutor to apply for a closing remark, the same opportunity will be given to the Defendant, remembering that an Attorney still can be appointed to grant the defense for the accused.

After that this Court will discuss and communicate the verdict to the interested parts.

Administration and Moderation / Re: Vote tally removed

Fair enough.   Anything to improve this game is welcome and please remember: we have not seen such active Admin involvement for so long, we simply have no other baseline by which to compare or react.   Personally, I am glad we now have movement on many issues which were stagnant for years.

Keeping it hidden away lets everyone see the results at the end.  It also keeps a form of tampering down to a minimum.

As to the past, I can't keep stressing this enough to people.  I am not from the past.  I do not know what went through the minds of other Admins, owners or people that pre-date me in management of the game.
